Kit or finished hut?

What you save, what you give up, and who should buy which.

The short answer: buy the kit if you have the time, a friend with a drill and a site you can get pallets to. Buy a finished hut if you need it next month, want it craned in ready to sleep in, or would rather pay for someone else's Saturdays. The kit saves roughly half to two thirds of the price; the finished hut saves you the build.
